The requirement for all air company

1.    The America airlines (AA)

1, Cargo reservation, it is important to forecast the cargo size. Narrow-body aircraft cargo weight must be less than a single 80kg. Please call at 0755-27735005 for specific issues. 2, The document must specify the telephone, contact name and details.

3, America airlines do not accept bulk cargo; not carry personal baggage; do not accept frozen goods; do not accept dangerous goods; not take batteries. If carried chemicals, a copy must be submitted to the Routes.

2.    Canada Airlines

 1,The main bill should marked with the detailed specifications of size and number for the consignment cargo.

 2, South America and Mexico cargo requirements:

⑴ Original documents must be printed fonts;

⑵ The original bill may not be changed;

⑶ There must be the number of goods, the Total weight, the billing weight, unit price , total amount, name and other costs of goods on the document;

⑷The copy of the second and the fourth joint for the document must be put in a random paper bag, and will work with consignor to the consignee to provide compared to the document; ⑸ If unable to up to the above-mentioned four points, will not be able to transit of goods;

⑹ Every shipment of cargo must be labeled goods. Every piece of cargo for collection should be marked with odd number.

⑺The data provided to the waybill must be completed;

⑻ PLA data should be the same with the manifest data and cargos ,which loaded with ULDs .

⑼ The number of goods transported must be the same with manifest data, the goods sub-groups does not allow a single shipment;

⑽If there are no cargo manifests and documents ,the goods are not to be shipped;

⑾ The customs of  Brazil and Mexico ask for a copy of each manifest and a single copy of the total;⑿The goods of Brazilian require to provide all pre-arrival cargo information.

3.    Air France

The goods to ORD should charge USD30 for all the total fee of the separate bill，and USD0.1/KG for the unloading charges.

4, India (AI)

1, For the India goods, if it is wooden packing, need to offer the wooden fumigation packing certificate; if it is the non-wood packaging, must provide proof of non-wood. (Proof must be in English)

5, Alitalia (AZ)

 When submitting the original consignment, it must be accompanied by a copy of the waybill and sub-delivered a copy of a separate manifest.

6, Air China (CA)

1, CONSOL goods to the United States, the total single-and sub-list must be the same gross weight.

2, passenger transport a one-time ban on lithium batteries, see the details in January 2005 issued a notice of the CA.

7, Luxembourg (CV)

8, China Southern Airlines (CZ)

1、The goods to WAW BUD BUH SOF PRG BTS must be provided the commercial invoice and the packing list. The packing list must have the detail and the description of the goods.

    The shipper should provide the above of the two data. One is document accompanied with shipment. And the other copy will be kept, binding up with the consignment book.

    2、The goods to the United States should be charge for information Processing Fee (CGC): RMB30.00 / per consignment note

    3、Large overweight goods should be reported actually the weight and the size before the shipment. A single piece of cargo weight of more than 300 kilograms, the booking bill must be marked with the length, width, height and the contact proportion of the bottom and the container. And give a written notice to the Pudong, China Southern Cargo Field Security.

4、When transferring the goods, each air container-board cargo loading must be the same with the content of the transferring bill.

5、Not to accept the chemical cargo.(Including the cargo with certificate)

9、Shanghai airlines(FM)

   1、The goods which is transferred by Evergreen can not be magnetic, even if the non-magnetic is inspected.

2、The goods to NPH, of which the name of the product on the air way bill should not be changed.

3、The goods to Indonesia should be charged CG FEE：USD5.00/MAWB.

4、The goods to America ,of which air way bill should be marked with the address and telephone for the consignee.

10、Indonesia airlines.(GA)

1．Surcharge fee of GG: RMB42.00 / ticket

11、JAPAN AIRLINES(JL)

1、The operating requirement for the untied state mixed-cargo:

(1)、The name column as Air way bill for the mixed-cargo must not be “GARMENT”，“SHIRTS”,must express with “CONSOL”.

(2)、The manifest is attached to the back of the Master Air way bill, and displays a detailed consignor, addresses and the name of the consignee.

(3)、The Air way bill should fill with the number of SLAC in the remarks column, that is the total number (referring to a tray case)

(4)、In the “<Nubmer Of Pieces>”column of the Air way bill, should fill with the number of SLAC in the separate bill.

(5)、The SLAC labels should be attached to the pallets.

12, United Arab Emirates (EK)

1、The requirement for the goods to LOS:（1）The name column must be filled with correct cargo name. If it is mixed cargo, please be sure to provide the separate way bill and the manifest bill.

(2) Please sign the name and the telephone for the consignee to the consignee column.

2、The requirement of the goods to India : The copy of separate bill and the air way bill finance alliance should be submitted to the airport cargo terminal documents department.

3、Do not accept dangerous goods.

13、Hong Kong Dragon Airlines (KA)

1、The goods shipped by KA should be attached points list , otherwise it will affect the transportation of the goods.

2、For the wooden packing of goods to the USA, there must be fumigation, corrosion and other processing of official identification to prove; For the non-wooden packaging of goods, the shipper must provide a written statement attached to the commercial invoice as an annex attached to the consignment note.

3、Rough wooden materials to Canada, need to be heated and fumigated. And also need a quarantine certification to be attached to the MANIFEST. The finished wooden material or no-wooden material needs to be indicated on the manifest and the consignment.

4、The goods to THR, of which consignment should be displayed the whole name ,the address and the telephone of the consignee.

5、The goods to India should charge for electronic customs clearance fee: USD5.00/ticket

6、The following middle east airline point, should be provided the English name of the cargo: AMM/AUH/BAH/BEY/CAI/DAM/DOH/RUH/IST/JED/KWI/MCT/THR  

7、For the transshipment cargo ,the shipper and the whole address of consignee should be marked on the consignment. There must be more than one contact method (including office phone, cell phone, pager and fax)

8、The goods from TW transited by CI to United state , its main single-and sub-slip must be provided with the full name ,address ,and telephone number of the shipper and the consignee.

9、Battery categories of export goods ( please see the notice of the specification in January 28, 2005):

(1)、All the battery category of goods and their packaging should be inspected and must confirm that all the cargo is in a independent insulation package.

(2)、If the name of the cargo is the lithium battery，must provide with the test reports of shanghai institute ,and the proof of manufacturers for packing. Otherwise it will be rejected.

(3)、The consignor must provide a statement of goods packing, and shown clearly in the column of “Nature of goods”

10、The non-hazardous proof, which provided to KA, must be written in English.
